Application

By signing our reservation agreement, you understand that you are applying for a home at Fallingwater, with a tentative available date of May 1, 2024, which is subject to change pending construction completion and Baldwin County issuing the final Certificate of Occupancy.

Submit Application. An application and non-refundable application fee, in the amount of $25.00 is required for each occupant over the age of 18. Click here to apply.

Application Notification. Once your application has been processed – typically within 24 hrs- you will be notified by one of our team of your application status.

Rental Hold Deposit & Reservation Agreement. Upon application approval, a $1,000.00 rental hold deposit – to be applied to move in costs – along with a signed Reservation Agreement, secures your position for your preferred home located at 31100 Fallingwater Loop Daphne, AL 36527. The order in which homes are reserved is strictly based on the order in which we receive your hold deposit along with the signed Pre-Lease Reservation Agreement. Note – the rental hold deposit is refundable ONLY in the event that the agreed upon home is not available within 30 days of its promised date, as set forth in the lease.

If you are one of the first 25 people to place a rental hold deposit, you will be first on the list for one of our Phase 1 Homes, with an anticipated May 1, 2024 move in date.

There are a total of 5 phases, all of which we anticipate will be completed by August 2024. Please connect with us directly should we wish to secure a spot for a Phase 2-5 home.
