Congratulations on selecting Fallingwater as your next home. We’re glad you decided to act early to secure your spot in this beautiful, brand-new, luxury rental community.
Applying for Fallingwater home is simple! If you are ready for an immediate move-in, we have a home available now. If you are planning, we can take early reservations. Please keep in mind that the community is freshly built, and the clubhouse and amenities are now open! Stop by, take a look, see our living, and leave the rest to us.
Steps for Applying
Submit Application.
An application and a non-refundable application fee of $35.00 are required for each occupant over the age of 18. Click here to apply.
Application Notification.
Once your application has been processed, you will be notified by one of our team of your application status, typically within 24 hours.
Select your preferred home and move-in date.
You will be working with one of our Property Management team members to select your future home. We will also need to know your desired move-in date before issuing a lease.
Lease Signing.
A lease will be issued for signing to all tenants 18 years or older, and security deposit monies will be requested at this time.
